Welcome welcome and thank you for joining our email list for exclusive updates.

There's so much to talk about, I'm having trouble figuring out where to start. This is an exciting time for you, me, and Gregory.

Gregory because he’ll get to see you and catch up since he's in the shop every day.
Me (Briana) because we get to build a community together.
You because you’ll get to enjoy great company with a great cup of coffee.

I’m SO excited I just want Random’s Coffee to exist already so I can see you in person, but alas, it’s taking longer than we thought.

Initially we were estimating to be open about now and we haven’t really had any true delays. It’s just actually taking this long to draw up plans and get them approved for permits.

That’s where Random’s Coffee is at right now. Every day I’m patiently impatiently waiting for someone to tell me “greenlight go” so our general contractor can start working on the building.

Speaking of the building,
Here’s a little sneak peak of the inside...

It’s an old historic brick building on Belton Main Street. Very tall single story with a HUGE skylight. Previously it was a dance studio, but they moved out a few years ago so it has sat unused. Empty and lonely.

But you and I are going to change that. Together we’re going to warm up this old building and give it new life and appreciation.

Before that happens Gregory and I are getting as many ducks into rows as we can. Like planning out the menu. What’s your favorite thing to order at coffee shops?

We have a lot of ideas and a lot of future plans with many directions we could go, but also Gregory and I have very different tastes. So please share what YOU would like to see!
